Next Activity Type = Carrier Tender Response
VSCA is an EDI carrier using the carrier portal for visibility, not functional operations, so this activity is not getting completed. Display is capped at 1000 loads, so current loads are not visible to the carrier portal user.
Next Activity Type = Enter Invoice is the desired visible result, so carrier can see which invoices made it successfully mapped to the load or not. In order to have this visualization be accurate, we need Carrier Tender Response to be completed (for an EDI carrier).
