Carrier Functional User has access to config groups, load builder and other portlets that they should not have access to.
Need to look at permissions on the role and/or portlets to determine how to restrict this access

On Newgistics, went to Admin/Current Company/Configurations/Portlets/ Added Admin role to config Groups
