Add Accessorial

Presort has two lanes which get constantly triggered for SDA, but actually there are accessorials to consider.

Brown Deer>Mystic - $400 team accessorial

LIS>NMJ>RDG - $50 stop off & $100 toll


We need to add the accessorials. Have added TOLL to code and service, but still not visible under Accessorials, and have no adding capability

    After creating in QA, I recreated it in Prod too, and entered accessorial profile "LUAC LISNMJRDG Toll and StopOff" with the two accessorials.



    Last was to add the accessorial profile to the carrier's contract

    Added TOLL to the accessorial and service code tables at Transportation.

    The problem I had was how to add an accessorial, as I was seeing no add button. but Geno showed me that it is done through Add>Accessorial on legacy view (or + on EZV).
