Disable AdHoc60 DRS

Requester: Chris Desousa and Brad Hoff

Request story: Brad stated “Chris and I discussed that we should only have ad hoc 24 and ad hoc 48 flags and nothing beyond 48 should be flagged as ad hoc loads”

Solution: Proposed to disable the DRS in MG which is calculating and adding the “Extra” value of “AdHoc48”. This would be without changing any other value.

In other words:

  • AdHoc24 Load creation date/time is <= 24 hours form date/time of target ship early
Added care of a dynamic ruleset in MG at the time of load creation. Not available for manual entry
    Keep as is

  • AdHoc48 Load creation date/time is > 24 hours and <= 48 hours form date/time of target ship early Added care of a dynamic ruleset in MG at the time of load creation. Not available for manual entry
    Keep as is

  • AdHoc60 Load creation date/time is > 48 hours and <= 60 hours form date/time of target ship early Added care of a dynamic ruleset in MG at the time of load creation. Not available for manual entry
Remove from the dynamic Ruleset, and not to avail for manual entry either

  • AdHocREC Recovery AdHoc requested/imposed by carrier (internal or 3rd party) To be added manually by user in the appropriate circumstance
    Keep as is

Snowflake Changes: This request imposes no change to the TMS tables in Snowflake. However it changes the meaning of Ad Hoc. Any load created in the 48 hours before a Load’s target ship early is not considered Ad Hoc.

Support case # 00061045 raised with MG to "Disable DRS for AdHoc60"

Back in February 2021 Geno Schwartz had setup a dynamic rulesets to add load level reference values.

I believe it must be at Pitney Bowes TMS Admin or PB Commerce Services Transportation level.

One of those was a DRS to add or update the reference "Extra" with value of "AdHoc60" to load if

48< (load create date vs target ship early) <=60 .

We need to deactivate that one DRS, without changing or affecting others.

I do not have the OID for that DRS !

Please apply the same change in Prod and QA. We want them in sync.

    the DRS condition must be:
