Julio C. Hernandez pointed out that 1st Choice Courier (FCCD) rarely accepts tenders and/or replies back with PRO, so loads go to expired tender status.
Considering they are a courier, are we able to set them up like we have other couriers (ontrac, tforce, epci) where after tendering, loads are put in booked status and a pro is automatically assigned? What dictates whether a courier can be set up as such or not? Pat, if that is not an option could we get 1st Choice to start accepting the tenders and assigning their PRO numbers to them?
