TMS Issue Tracking - QA and Production

MercuryGate AWS Migration - To Do List

The MercuryGate TMS solution platform we use is being migrated to an AWS infrastructure, therefore integration folders and domains are to be reconfigured, to ensure continued service.

For the production environment of MercuryGate, there are XML file-based integrations we have between the File Management System (FMS, Fast Trac, Paradise, HubApp) and MercuryGate’s FTP locations, which were setup and configured by Terry Comb before he retired. These file transfer jobs would not need to be pointed to the new domain.

On the QA environment of MercuryGate, I don’t believe we have any integration, but if there are any, they need to be changed to the given QA domain/URL as well.

Also FTP folders are changing to SFTP locations in AWS. And there are new IP addresses which may need to be whitelisted.

The migration is being scheduled to happen in phases, with QA being the first on 04/06, followed by Prod on 04/19.

Please find attached the to-do list provided by MercuryGate.
