Based on my preliminary investigation it appears that the TONU activity workflow had been coded with a bad step where PRO is being replaced by the Load ID. But these underlaying actions get logged under the name of whoever initiates the TONU activity. Hence, I thought it was the transportation associate manually doing so!
There are multiple DRSes for TONU (observed on QA) which all seem to have the same shared conflicting logic:
Instead that PRO number action should be replaced with:
PRO NumberOwning Load Reference Value (PRO)

These changes have been made in prod, please review, if no further assistance is needed this case will be closed on 5/19/22
We tested in QA and a load created fresh, tendered and then TONUed based on LH SOP for TONU did confirm that changes were effective and PRO was no longer replaced by Load ID.

I attached screen shots of two examples in QA that I found with this issue, I have updated those, please review and if everything looks good I will make the update in prod as well. Thank you
