Monthly Subscription Reference

Anthony Bowers and Jillian Martinho requested to have a load reference created to report and identify which loads are strictly monthly subscriptions and therefore remaining on manual rate.

Jill explains:

They are not running on a schedule. Loads are built from the template at the time we receive the truck schedule monthly. The only time these templates are used is for these specific loads. So regardless they should technically be marked as subscription monthly regardless of when they are built for since these templates only serve this purpose. We just want to be able to pull out the monthly subscription data and which loads are that since these loads are remaining as manual rates vs contract. So when Anand continues to pull this report we do not have to keep manually scrubbing the same lanes, etc.

    Created load reference:

    Wrote back:

load reference “Monthly Subscription” has been created at PB Commerce Services Transportation enterprise.

As stated earlier, user is expected to be persistent with the value manually keyed in as “true”, when added to the load/template. As we understand, the use case for this load reference is to report and identify which loads are strictly monthly subscriptions and therefore remaining on manual rate.

Note: This reference is not going to be pushed to Snowflake, and has no dynamic ruleset governing/adding it.
