We ran into what I think is a fairly significant product issue. When our customers create a quote through their portal, they get to the screen attached. If they select the Save Quote button at the bottom, it sends a quote email without a rate included. If they select the Save Quote button in the middle, it sends a quote email with a rate included. That there are two buttons on the same screen with the same text but do opposite things is wildly confusing to our customers.
