The EL's are being created with a PRO that = the LoadID. This needs to be disabled
Mark found the base install function that was creating the LoadID as PRO.
This is causing additional problemsAs an example, if you search for LD3762 you will get a list of various loads, because this value appears as PRO of the rest
looking into
3/20 - Geno updated the role(s) that created the edit access conflict, so users are now able to access/edit/delete the PRO.
Still would like to disable the PRO = LoadID rule for FDR and Presort
Also, need ability to be able to delete the PRO
